A seven-piece dashboard set developed through real test fitting on a 1940 Mercury restoration.

I did not have an original factory set to copy. I reverse engineered these parts from an earlier reproduction, then refined the design and test fitted it on a real 1940 Mercury dash during restoration.
The grooves, measurements, and some details may not match original Mercury parts exactly. They are made as practical replacement pieces for restorations, not represented as factory-exact reproductions.
Several customers have been happy with the quality and fit of these reproduction parts.

The earlier reproduction provided a starting point, but its surface, fit, and rib detail needed work. Each section was recreated, adjusted, and then test fitted in the actual dashboard.

This original clock insert was fitted into the glovebox piece on a real customer’s purchased set. Send a photo of your dashboard and the clock or insert you are working with if you have fitment questions.

These parts are printed in carbon-fiber ASA for strength, heat, and UV resistance. Small layer lines, fiber specks, or slight texture changes may be visible. Those are normal characteristics of a 3D-printed part and do not affect intended fit or use.
Every part is inspected before shipping. If a part arrives damaged or has a defect that affects fit or function, get in touch with photos so I can make it right.
Mounting hardware is not included unless specifically listed.
